buy bulk oat containers and chicken, same with beef, look around enough you can get some good deals. also whole milk will put the cals on quick, same with pb.

^those alone are fairly cheap ways to add calories quick

And when I think about it... it's usually Lovemyink that either starts it off or fuels the fire.

nice job pete , looks like u put a lil size on in those pics - n joes right there are ways to eat big without breaking the bank just have to shop around and buy everything in bulk

Going to Bulk for a couple months and then just maintain till my spring cut.

Thanks Rick, I do notice a little difference in size and I went to Sam's Club yesterday and stocked up.

Special Notes: Huge ass insane pump. Arms felt rock fuking solid all the way to the grocery store and home.
