When cutting, how many grams of carbs /day?

    Quick question..

How many grams of carbs should be an average intake per day? I have heard 100g for cutting.. Bulkers usually eat 3-400g of carbs/day.. I'm aiming to lower body fat.. is 100g just about right?

Whats your total Kcal intake? Whats your protein and fat intake? What type of work outs and cardio do you do, if any? Do you perform well on low carb diets? Pretty broad question that isnt a simple numerical answer that can be applied to everyone.

I guess you can say I am on a Paleo diet, where I eat 1g protein/1lb, low fat foods, veggies with lunch and dinner..

When I eat carbs, I usually eat 2 pieces of whole grain toast for breakfast, and 1cup of brown rice.. or no carbs for lunch, and have pasta with white beans for lunch.. obviously I get proteins in my meals, but that's just to name my carbs.. No carbs for dinner.. Maybe an apple here and there (never after lunch)

I believe my maintenance calories is 2400, so I eat around 1900/day.. Don't really look at my fat intake.. My highest fatty food is 1/3 of a cup of cashews.. With my diet as is, I perform well on my workouts with this diet.. I just don't know if I am having to many carbs or not

I was taking in about 175-200g of carbs. The weight was coming off, but every week or 2 in a month, no loss. Dropped it to 75-100g (upped protein) and I feel much better and I see loss every week now. Still able to bike my 12 miles even after I lift. You just have to adjust to what you are comfortable with and where you see results.

When you get below 100g of carbs you may want to bump up the protien a little.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

depends on how many calories you will be eating. Basically what Electricheadd said. After hitting ur protein and fat minimums, you can fill the rest with carbs. The more active u are, the more calories you will get from carbs.
