I just completed the Two Hundred Squat Challenge in the exhaustion test following Week 4 (did 205 before stopping). I'm still going to do Weeks 5 & 6 just for fun. I enjoyed this challenge because while I had developed a good deal of fast twitch muscle fiber from squatting with heavy weights, I was really lacking in slow twitch muscle fiber at the beginning (in the opening exhaustion test I was barely able to do 100 and was huffing and puffing like the big bad wolf by the end). By the end of Week 4, I was able to do more than 200, and stopped not because I had to, but because I had already reached and surpassed my goal. This is an exercise challenge that I would recommend to everybody. Here's the url for the challenge:
