I have been using a Kre-alkalyn for a long time and now switching back to a traditional creatine. Do I have to load with powdered creatine when I start?

people that say that a kind of creatine is garbage is providing you with what is called broscience. i respond extremely well to kre-alkalyn. not everyone responds the same to the different kinds of creatine. you have to find what works for you. as for the creatine..creapure does not need to be cycled, loaded, maintained, etc...just take 5g a day. you can take it before or after a workout. if you take it before, id recommend taking it and hour before. if after, take it immediately after a workout.
It brings me great pleasure knowing that I am doing things others say I never would.
