I would love to have a thread here where we can discuss Australian bodybuilding. I've seen too many newspaper articles in our country focusing on the negative aspects to bodybuilding. However coming from a country with one of the highest obesity rates in the world, now more then ever we need to make people aware bodybuilding like other fitness sports shouldnt be frowned upon. A small minority of people who may be doing the wrong thing should not reflect onto the rest of the bodybuilding community. Bodybuilding for me changed my life, from having no confidence, negative and feeling down on myself, Im now a confident, disciplined and positive person. i hope you all can share your great stories too and lets change this negative perception of bodybuilding down under!
