Wow...never seen Jay so big, his arms noticeably larger every time I see him train. If he can nail his conditioning like he did in '09 he will look even more epic because he seems bigger. The Strive for Five is Alive.

looks the largest I've seen him at that conditioning level. Hopefully he nails it like he usually does. His arms look huge and a little more separated than last year. His size is reminiscent of 2007 but with a much leaner look, giving him a more imposing look. Definitely wanna see what he brings to the stage.
"...that's the great virtue of the free market, of the private market. It enables people...who hate one another...who don't speak the same language...who would fight one another if they had the chance, to cooperate economically. We were able to deal with China when China was a communist state. Even though we thought that that was a terrible arrangement, we could still cooperate. And that's what markets enable people to do. They bring freedom with them."
- Milton Friedman
Hate to say it but I'm with ya asshat. Love Jay as a person but his physique doesn't do the title of Mr O' justice.
Especially when you domiante an era with Ronnie and after Ronnie you expect him to be taking bodybuilding to another level especially after you dethrone him.
His age being a factor not missing anything also improving, Phil Heath is the best choice for future. Lionel Beyeke can be a force to be reckoned with but he has conditioning issues.
being on this topic do you guys know anyone for a good half of his career who comes in kind of out of shape then for the latter part comes in very peeled. I can't really think of anyone other than Branch really who made a huge huge difference.
