Everytime I approach around 80% of my max, my hip flexor cramps up when im coming out of the hole. I squat with a wider stance raw, but have been doing that for some time so my body is used to it. I load up on potassium and magnesium caps before I lift, and it still doesnt seem to help. What gives?

I get the same thing. Not as extreme as a cramp, but I feel aggravation in the area at the bottom portion of a squat (sometimes in lockout too).
I've HEARD that squatting wide raw is bad for that exact area. I know you say you're use to it but they say it breaks down over time. That being said, I don't squat wide and raw, so who knows. Maybe an inbalance in the area?
