There is no need to cycle off of the creatine, however, switching pre workout supplements can be beneficial. I have been using Muscle Pharm's Assault as my staple pre workout supplement for going on two years now and never regret it. The stuff is awesome, and there is no comparison to Jack3d when it comes to the profile. It also contains a full dose of creatine, which is something you have become, semi, acustomed too using Jack3d.

cycling supplements wont do shiit for you if they contain the same basic stimulants such as caffeine and 1,3 dim. you will build a tolerance to the product regardless of the name on the tub.

No need to cycle creatine. However cycling stimulants can be beneficial. I know for me, at some point they simply don't work. I am currently on a 2 week break.....and yes no sttimmed WO's aren't as fun.

Running the off cycle w/ a deload is smart, IMO.

I agree with the above, I never cycle off creatine. I do usually cycle from stim pres to non stim pres, I usually just run a tub of stim pres then switch.

I was on some kind of preworkout almost daily for a whole year...never did developed a tolerance....I guess the key thing is to try NOT to need a full/extra dose to workout...

If anything its building a tolerance for the 1,3 that usually causes the lack-luster effect from Jack3d. I have been using Assault, like I said, for quite some time now and the effects have not diminshed. I do find it beneficial, for myself, to take a 4 week break from all supplements (minus protein) for a basic body clense, then when you start back up everything is in order again. I will usually do that once every 3 months or so.

I have bee taking 1MR for about 2-3 months and I think it might be losing its effect. Should I take a month off it? I feel a lot less energy without it which means its still working but just not as much as before.

yes , you should. I cycle my preworkouts . 1MR 1 month 2 week break sumperpump max 250 1 month 2 week break and repeat. That one month is awesome and i get a good burst of energy throughout the month. and the 2 weeks that i'm of im not totally dependent on the caffeine to get me going.
