    Creatine Help

    I just started up Creatine x3 by muscle tech. The directions say to take it after my workout. I like to lift and then do some cardio after. Should I take it in between my cardio or at the end of my cardio? Also will doing some cardio reduce the effects of the creatine if i take it between? Thanks for any help
