Thumbs up Doing Delts lateral raises before anterior delts exercises?

Anterior delts are getting enough work on chest/pushing exercises. Thats why I do only 2 exercises of front delts a week.

On shoulders workouts , its better to work side delts first , that way you are lifting bigger weights and get a wider shoulder.

Excuse my english , I am not concentrating enough.

    What are your thoughts??

Do whatever is lagging first. So if your middle delts are underdeveloped, work them first.

I always do my overhead pressing first, as it requires the most energy.

You don't need to be moving huge weights with lateral raises. In fact, if you are, you probably aren't doing them right.
Who was this love of yours?
