    Extra bites throughout the day

I've noticed that throughout the day, I usually take little bites of things here and there. For example, I'll have a small handful of dry cereal, an extra bite of peanut butter, a little taste of my sisters sandwich, etc. I try to account for the extra dry cereal or peanut butter, but the bite sandwich I simply don't count. Does it really matter anyways? It hasn't made a difference so far so I don't see what the big deal is, just wondering on your opinions.

Those are called the BLTs - the bites, licks and tastes! It really can add up if it's more than once or twice a day. But if you aren't noticing bad results, then there's no reason to worry about it.

I recall your very first post, and a few of your posts thereafter. So, after knowing a tiny bit about your nutritional history:

    Disregard small bites
    Acquire all of sister's sammich
*Unaesthetic Crew* Disregard V-Taper, Acquire PRs.

FKK - Our lord and saviour has dat jaw

You seem agitated. Perhaps you aren't getting enough fap in your diet.

With all due respect, judging from a multitude of the threads you have started, I strongly urge you to stop obsessing over food and, rather, start living (and enjoying) your life as a teenager.

Exercise should improve the quality of your life, not imprison you in constant concerns over your diet.
