Not gonna bother reading through all 4 pages but lay off the guy. This is why I disagree with people making a "u mirin" thread because it gets these type of responses. Maybe its somewhat well deserved but give the kid constructive criticism.

Ka0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction

anyway this is a troll thread, pics are way old (like 12 weeks lifting) when i was 140lbs and i havent been lifting for 3 years.
this is why I cant have nice things I guess

if it matters - here's a real pic. 2 years lifting.

first pic is 3 and a half months in or so, got upto 148 or something from 120. 2nd pic is 202lbs...i have big legs lol
