I'm switching to a ppl routine and wondering how to lay up the plan for my push days. Previously, I did chest and shoulders on separate workouts, but now, I'll be doing them the same day. What I'm stuck wondering about is if I should do a bench exercise for chest and follow it with shoulder press, or do all chest exercises first, then shoulders and last triceps. Does it really matter?
Alternate. One Push day do chest then shoulders. Next push day do shoulders then chest. Same thing with pull. One pull day start with horizontal pull. Next pull day start with vertical pull. Do your bi's and tri's at the end, not at the start of the workout.
