    HELP!!!! I need guidance

I am trying to eat at least 4-6x small meals everyday but I am having trouble. I am pretty busy at work because I am a driver at an auto parts store so I am usually eating 2 meals a day which is horrible I know. I mainly need help in coming up with a meal plan or something so I keep up with eating during the day. I try to eat breakfast but I usually end up skipping it because I am in a hurry, What should a good eating schedule look like? I eat pretty healthy now, I don't eat junk food, sugars, fast food any of that stuff. I have been doing some researching on here already but everybody has a diet, and I don't want that. Should I be substituting 2 meals with a protein shake? I usually only drink one before or after a workout... Any help would be awesome!

You don't need to eat that often (unless you have medical issues that recommend it), meal frequency has been debunked, eat 3x a day if you wish.

yeah my dr. told me I should be eating smaller meals, but I don't remember him saying that many times, I have just read its alot better to be eating more frequently throughout the day. I just have problems sticking to it, because I don't have the time to make anything at work, I prob. will be buying protein bars or something.

It's a myth. Some people actually feel better if they eat more frequently, but most people do fine with 3 meals per day. Do what feels best for you - the bottom line is still calories in vs. calories out.

When I first found this site, I first read the supersite with all the female transformations and their diets were all based on eating 6 meals a day as well as the Jamie Eason lose fat eating plans for females my age.

I know I'm the kind of person who likes to feel really fully after a meal, especially my breakfast, so I just stuck to eating 3 times a day like I've done for the past 33 years.

For example, i eat 1 cup of oats most mornings for breakfast, whereas most eating plans here have eggs and oats (half cup), but I just love 1 cup (i'm a bit stuck in my ways).

It has worked for me, I just worked out my maintenance calories and subtracted 500 cals per day, and since April I have lost loads of fat, currently at 18.9% but wanting to go lower, as well as building muscles.

I tend to think you know what fits in with your lifestyle in terms of when to eat, just make sure the numbers are right which is more important.
