    Will be eating:

    Time I will be eating:

Then at 11:am to 11:45 am (Around there)
Then at 1:45pm to 2:15pm (Around there)
Then at 4:00pm to 5:00pm (Around there)
Then at 7:00pm to 7:300pm (Around there)
    WORKOUT
    Post-Workout Meal/Protein Whey

I want to know how to distribute my calories throughout the day (How much to eat when), as I dont want to eat alot at the wrong time which may cause it to be stored as fat). Thank you.

Is there no way you can either workout earlier, wake up later and go to bed later? Reason I say this is just because you'll be having preferably some simple carbs straight after yourworkout and then some carbs with your post workout meal. However, because this seems to be your final meal and I'm guessing your going to sleep straight after this, your going to be boosting your insulin levels through out the night to higher than desired levels. If there's nothing you can do about the timing then don't worry cuz you have to do what ever you can based around other factors in your life such as school and work. However, in response to your actual question, focus a higher concentraion of carbs in the morning as breakfast is always good to get kcals into the body. Aim for a stready distribution of your total protein thoughout each meal. So 37.5 grams of protein with each meal or as close as you can get it. Hope this helps mate.
