    Lowering BF % with cardio

    Hey guys!
I was wondering when lowering body fat. Should I run everyday for 10minutes? Or give 1day to cardio itself and run for about 1hour? I'm trying to not lose so much muscle from cardio, so which method do you guys think would help me the most? Thanks

I have one cardio day in the week and it's Saturday.

As long as you're keep up to par with lifting and eating nutritiously, you should be fine with doing cardio daily.
I said, you strong? They said we strong if you strong. I said, we strong then.

with regards to cardio, i'd stick to cycling, you will retain more muscle that way and burn heaps more calories

Losing bodyfat is really just about a caloric deficit.

Cardiovascular exercise is little more than a tool to affect those caloric levels. Of course, it's great for health etc. but in terms of losing weight, only do it if you actually enjoy it.

As for losing muscle mass, provided you eat enough so that you're still only in a moderate deficit, you won't.
