I have made some pretty major changes to my diet, by increasing my calories by about 600. I think it has helped me look a little fuller. I worked out legs today, so they do not look so good in these pics. As most of you know, I compete as a bantamweight in the NPC.

You got a lot of time left still before getting on stage and your already very lean and vascular. You look more like a week out than a month. Keep it up bro!

Hey man, thanks, I'll be honest, I go very high protein and relatively low calories, I almost never count carbs or fats, but again that is just me, I am not saying anyone else should do that. I typically would have 4-5 ounces of chicken, 1/2 cup of rice, veggies, five or six times per day. I also have a MRB with about 300 cals and 32 g of protein, and for breakfast I will have a protein shake and oats. The last few days, I have been eating tons of calories, lots of MRB, chicken, etc.
