I am an avid dipper and have worked up to a 4P 1RM.
I also think the carry over is irrefutable.#61

Awesome article. I started forcing my body to be able to do dips because of this article.
I'm a bit heavy at 210lbs and could only crank 1 rep per set but was finally able to do 3-4 per set. Been dipping once a week for a few weeks now and definitely feel stronger at pressing movements. Feels good man.* do you even chef crew *

I started training weighted dips really heavy lately and the results have been astounding. My strength gains on triceps and bench have been alarming and rapid. I had no idea it could be that dramatic.

Is that also Kai Green from the back or someone else? However it is looks awesome. I got one of those power towers hoping to be able to do dips and pull ups in my apartment but the dip station's handles are a bit too far that I don't feel like I get the correct form for dips. So I switched to bench dips for now. I love doing them, it definitely works the triceps out.
