Are you saying you gained 63lbs of lean muscle all naturally?
I must say I have never heard of somebody doing such a thing in 2.5 years. 63 pounds of lean muscle, with no extra fat...Whether you admit it or not it doesn't matter, you aren't a professional baseball player where its illegal to do, you can take whatever the hell you want. You look good.Iron. Boxing. NFL. Mob stuff. New York City breed.

Uhh, what else is visible on the body other than muscle and fat? Do people grow horns when they get bigger?
What he did is not "easily natty", 128lbs to 191lbs is not a normal transformation any way you look at it.
Obviously, i meant he is not being tested for his profession so who cares.Iron. Boxing. NFL. Mob stuff. New York City breed.

'Mirin the physique man.. good job.
Any tips for building a chest like that?
I'm doing DB press - incline/decline/flat
DB flyes, and cables. It's getting bigger but I feel it's not gonna build out like yours did.
Currently at around 14% BF 5'9 178. Keep bulking or start cutting?
Edit - Sub'd on youtube. Get some workouts and recipes on youtube and I'll be happy to watch them.

Looking lean at around 10% and arms, chest, shoulders and traps are looking big. Very aesthetic upper body.
How are the legs?
What are your lifts now after two and a half years of training?
Excellent transformation, and great maturity at 19!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs
