How much to eat - macronutrients?

Im about to start working out and want to know how much I should be eating.
    I weigh 66 kg, 172 cm's tall.
I looking to put on muscle mass.
Ive heard you should eat 1.5 grams of protein per pound and 2.5 carbs per pound, according to that I should eat 225 grams of protein and 374 grams of carbohydrates. Is that enough, my workouts will be pretty intense. How many calories all up can you guys recommend?
Can you guys please let me know of any other nutritient tips (Good fat?)
Thanks you so much for the help.
