Would cross country with no ab exercises at all for two months still eventually get me a six pack because I run everyday and keep losing fat?

You will probably hit a plateau not too long into it but the weight you lose depends on how much fat/muscle you currently have.

you'll probably contract aids and die, or at least that's what the studies are saying.

Well I did that once and I'm 15 too and I do cross country too (good luck on your season btw). I'd say you drop in 10 pounds for all your workouts except maybe your legs cause thats how much I dropped. It shouldnt be too much tho. You could do weights along with endurance work (which helps alot for cross country) But if you dont then you should get back into weight training ASAP after cross country season is done.

It depends on genetics. I know some african boys who are in elementary school, never do ab exercises (obviously i mean they are in like 5th grade) and they have legit 6 packs. Why not do ab exercises? Those are by far the funnest exercises imo. The act of losing weight does not give you abs, it just makes them more visible when you lose fat that is covering them up.

You'd have some awesome conditioning at least. High pain tolerance, too. Of course, there's a good chance that you'd be rife with injuries, but that happens with every sport for the most part.
