Question or you oppinion on Multiviatamins!

Hey guys, been putting lots of thought into multi's lately n its bothering me so need some advice... usually i just buy the generic "LIFE" multi+minerals and omegas.. but recently i decided to try some "sport" multis.. Opti-Men and Universal.. and both make my urine like neon yellow! first time i pissed i was like what the hell happen to me am i going to be okay?(then remembered i took the multis) and like opti-men multis says take it 3 times a day!! i only took it twice, taking it 3 times a day is literally you pissing ur money away...

so my question is.. the benefit of the mutli is supposed to be so that your body has more nutriance to build up immune system, energy, muscle.. but if im pissing most of it out my liver is working overtime to brake it down and filter through all the crap that i will end up pissing out anyway since my body doesn't need such high doses... and why would u want ur liver to work any harder if ur already taking creatine, pre-workouts, N.O. products, test boosters n what not.. plus most guys go out to drink to top it all off..

should i stop taking multis all together?
should i go back to buying generic "LIFE"brand multis?
should i keep taking "sport" multis?

I just take Centrum. Unless your trying to be a professional body builder or you play professional football I dont see why you need the sport multi's. Plus think about it, the label says take 3 a day. So a person 6'5 300lbs should take 3 as well as someone my size 5'7 155lbs? lol. It makes absolutely no sense and its a waste of money. Id just do reseach and look for a repsectable company and take 1 a day
