With school, homework, and a job i really only have time for one or the other.
What I'm wandering is which one I should make my first priority to see the best results regarding losing fat.

really?
how many hours a day you waste surfing the internet?
Everybody is different, some people will lose more weight running some will lose more lifting. Try lifting... better yet try meditation. 10 min every morning 10 min before you go to sleep. You will do everything faster, including homework. You will have time to run and lift after that."Discipline is the act of learning all the time." J.K.

Maybe it'd be better if I included my daily schedule.
7:30am - 1:30pm School
Arrive home at 1:50
1:50-2:45 is workout time
2:45-3:15 I get ready for work
3:30-8:00pm Work
8:00pm-10:00pm Homework
Of course on days off and weekends it's different, but I work 5 days a week
That's why I'm trying to find the best option

Prefer to lift + Diet over run + diet.
Running + Diet = May end up with some loose skin.
One of my friends is doing his 4th round of losing 100 pounds after re-gaining it.
Everytime he goes through this process he ends up looking ridiculous, all he does is cardio and eats like a bird.
No muscle, or lack of, and a reduced metabolism.-80 kgs in 15 months.

Abs on a skinny guy is like a fatgirl with big tits, it doesn't count.

Why do I have a feeling that you're an Asian?
For the OT response; Lifting > run if given that you're only able to do either one. Of course, cardio is more efficient for calories burning but having a good solid body after those fat are gone is better than not being one. But if you could do both, do it. Running helps with improving your cardiovascular system.
Since you do workout 5 days a week, take the other 2 days for cardio (don't get too extreme though). Doing cardio on rest days actually help with recovery. Something about active recovery.[Watdo?] - Want (''should'' for you naggers) bulk.

Why choose?
Why not do both?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday lift...
Tuesday and Thursday cardio...
Weekends off, or you can also do cardio on Saturday.
I began 'All Pros' beginner workout which is a 3 day full body split. Which allows me to do cardio each other day.
Some people like cardio, some people don't... I just enjoy running...
What is the point in losing all the fat if you still aren't going to have something to show off when you are done...
