    Weight Loss Supplement Stack For Starting Working Out & Lifting

    Hey just wanted to see if any one had any advice regarding supplements. I am 29 years old 5'11" and weigh about 220pds. I have recently started to watch the diet and eat leaner proteins and keep to a schedule. I have also started doing P90X and will continue to work through that.
    However, I am looking for some help on what supplements you guys recommend to take when lifting at the gym or when doing P90X and do you think its good to take a fat burner, if so which do you recommend.
    I am still getting everything set up on here but any help would be greatly appreciated.

    protein is nice for conveinence, but not necessary depending on diet....creatine, fish oil, multi, and then the next 2 I would add would be beta-alanine and cit malate, they don't have to be bulk, something like man sports body octane would be good choice and cover both of those
