Hey just wanted to see if any one had any advice regarding supplements. I am 29 years old 5'11" and weigh about 220pds. I have recently started to watch the diet and eat leaner proteins and keep to a schedule. I have also started doing P90X and will continue to work through that.
However, I am looking for some help on what supplements you guys recommend to take when lifting at the gym or when doing P90X and do you think its good to take a fat burner, if so which do you recommend.
I am still getting everything set up on here but any help would be greatly appreciated.
