    How many scoops of whey protein?

    New guy here,

    How many scoops should i be taking of optimum whey protein? It says 1 scoop in 8 ounces water/milk but i think i might need more? I weigh 205

    You should first find out your caloric and macronutritional needs. A good rule of thumb is to start by adding from 1g to 1.5g of protein to your daily diet. Then try to reach that mostly with food, and then fill the gaps with protein supps.
