    Cutting diet Kcal needs!

hey guys I need a little help getting my diet down.

    I'm 5'7 155 and just started getting around 1400 - 1500 cals a day. I exercise intensely everyday (crossfit).

    My Macros are 75 g carbs, 175 g protein, 70g fat = 1490 cals a day. I'm also Intermittent Fasting so my eating window is 12pm - 6 pm.

    Thank you

Getting your diet down for what? What are your goals? If that is TRULY your daily intake, and you are really doing crossfit daily then you should be dropping weight.

Sorry, getting my diet so I lose a consistent 1 lb a week. I want to get my bf to around 7 - 9%. I want to be shredded! haha

(I just started my diet and plan today. I've been eating a little over my maintenance for the past month or so)
