Could definitely pass that. Hardest part would be the run at the end but if it was for something important, no doubt I could do it.

Keep in mind tho, those are the minimum standards, as in most SEALs will do twice that.

It's not that hard if you swim a lot. Just like running, at first it seems impossible to accomplish some things, but once you get a routine going it gets really easy.

One of my friends is trying out but I hope he doesn't make it because he's a religious extremist and to have him in such a position would be risky. Brah is also a ****ing moron so I don't see how he will be able to make it all the way.

yea i can do all of that. but thats the bare minimum for selection. meaning candidates who go in can do at least double everything on the test and for the cardio the scores are way faster.

It's not that hard if you swim a lot. Just like running, at first it seems impossible to accomplish some things, but once you get a routine going it gets really easy.

It's all about that form... my sister, who is overweight and does not exercise, can swim well. She has really good technique though. She just glides through the water with minimal effort.

I, on the other hand, use brute force and burn out real quick.

the resting periods seem pretty helpful though. i think i could manage #1, rest ten minutes and be able to perform 2-4. then you get another ten minutes and only have to run 1.5 miles (though i've never ran very long in boots, i don't know how difficult that is).
