i dont have a bench atm just some dumbells, is there anyway for me to target my chest?

Floor presses. They are exactly as they sound -- lie on the floor w/ the dumbbells (or barbell if you have one) and do presses. Your ROM is more limited, but sometimes you have to work with what you have even if it's not ideal.
