Welcome to a HICKT0WN
A little about me. I've been training hard for 8 straight months. I've gained 28 pounds during that 8 month span going from 159 to 187. I've been continuously gaining strength and size. I'm a middle school principal in Georgia and lift in my home gym. I'm married to a beautiful woman with 2 boys aged 11 and 8. I'm working out 3 days a week currently trying to let my body rest a bit while still trying to bulk. My weight goal is 190 pounds.
I currently bench around the 300 pound mark. I was making good progress on Deadlifts until about 3 weeks ago when I've pulled something in my rib cage area that has made be drop that lift for awhile until I can get it healed. I was DLing probably around 330 pounds. My squat are probably my weakest lift since I've only been doing them for about 2 months. I would be lucky to squat 300 with any depth at all.
I have had 2 back surgery's in my life, one at age 15 and one at 31. Both on ruptured disks in the lumbar section of the spinal cord. It is vital that I perform my lifts with perfect form. I'm currently 36 years old.
I will be supplementing with Watermelon and Fruit Punch AminoX. I will be taking it as an Intra workout supplement on training days and will be experimenting with different times a day on non training days. I usually take a serving and a half on training days and since this is a 30 serving tub, this log will probably not make it a full 30 days.
I would like to thank Eric and all the BSN reps for running the AminoX promo and hooking us up with 2 tubs and an N.O. Xplode 10 serving tub. I have used N.O. Xplode since 2005 when I was first introduced to the product. It was actually the very first N.O. and preworkout supplement that I had ever used and I simply love the taste and effects of the product. I have been using the watermelon AminoX for about 2 weeks now and it is the only BCAA supplement that I have ever used. I'm not sure how to measure the effects of such a product other than simply log my workouts and rate the taste of the product. So far is has been a nice addition to my workouts. It beats the Heck out of simply sipping on water throughout a workout I can tell you that.
Well, if you've made it this far through my first post, then will probably be sticking around for the ride so thanks for stopping in and I hope I can give an honest representation of the product.
