    Arm day

If you have an arm day in your routine, do you rotate your exercises from biceps to triceps?

ie: Barbell Curls, then skull crushers, then preacher curls, then dips

Or is it okay to do all biceps exercises then triceps exercises?

minor detail, who cares. I'll tell you what. Do it one way for a month, then do it the other way and tell us what you like best, because even though one in the end might be slightly more effective than the other, it's more preference.
