    Something to calm my nerves

What's something I can take to help me calm down, supress anxiety, and relax? I DO NOT want it to make me tired. Please, nothing like cigarettes lol or something related

Try taking magnesium with calcium and/or taurine. I have anxiety too and it has really helped.

Oh really? I know you're supposed to supplement calcium with magnesium but I also think taurine is great to throw in there too for heart health, which can be an issue of alarm with anxiety. Something like 70% of Americans have a magnesium deficiency which exaggerates the symptoms of anxiety, among other things.
