    Charlie, not really sure but i attribute it to poor lifting technique esp on bench presses. it was of course till suffering with pain for quite a long time did i research around and find out how to bench properly. i do have a minor tear in the rear part of my right labium also which may be causing it. time to time it acts up but with all the stuff im doing its quite a bit better.

    video is done going to publish it now, if you guys want to watch it, This ones only 15 minutes. I finally am learning how to edit lol ( ya' All know us ancient ones dont do Technology to well lol)
    maybe went out of stock. i do love using bands for presses.
    Used to be fat, now just fat with a lot of muscle.

    I just read about a "standard" for weights used. One was your Bench press 1RM = Chin-up 1RM. (chin up weight includes your body weight) I also went on to read that if you could do this then your were unlikely to suffer from a shoulder injury pressing. I know this is a dip thread, but I'm going to attempt this. I will also use the same weight dipping to see if I can that as well.

    **********************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT****************************

    JUGGERNAUT KNOW THE DIFFERENCES AND USE CAUTION, TRAIN SAFE

    "TIP OF THE DAY"

    GOOD PAIN FROM BAD PAIN;

    Bad Muscular Pain

    Any muscle pain which is sharp, starts suddenly, or occurs as a bolt of pain is ALWAYS bad and is probably the sign that a serious injury has occurred. Tears an separations would cause this kind of pain. This is definitely NOT what we are talking about when we say "No Pain No Gain"! If you have sudden or sharp, lightning bolt like pain in a muscle, stop immediately and have somebody run to get you an big ice pack and ibuprofen to help minimize the injury damage. Then get yourself to a doctor.

    Good Muscular Pain, it starts by taking juggernaut

    good pain is the one that occurs at the end of a set. It starts as a slow burn when you are about 3/4 done with your set and the pain slowly increases with each subsequent rep till at the end the pain is quite intense.. This is good pain(THE PUMP) caused by the lactic acid buildup in your muscles. The reason this pain is good is that its a good indicator that you are pushing yourself hard enough to cause muscle growth.

    The other good kind of pain is Delayed Onset Muscular Soreness (DOMS). This delayed muscular soreness is very good and sought after, its what makes bodybuilders take the elevator rather than the stairway for many days after a leg workout - if you have had a killer leg workout you know exactly what I'm talking about. If you workout with sufficient intensity, you get micro-tears in muscles which the body then has to repair. During the healing process, these muscles can get very sore. This soreness is delayed (DOMS) and can take 1-2 days after the workout to appear and can take up to a week to go away depending on the intensity of the workout. DOMS appears to be a good indication of the effectiveness of the workout. That wonderful soreness you feel is your muscles being rebuilt - bigger, faster, stronger! this is the moment when you need to capetalize on the gains by taking INFINITE LABS HIGH QUALITY SUPPLEMENTS, use them or lose them......

    Good solid work John. I liked how you were done at 42 but pushed out # 43, Thats how you stimulate Muscle growth not by doing set routines but pushing past failure.

    ******************JOESWAT, THE ORIGINAL JUGGERNAUT****************

    NEWS!!! FOR ALL JUGGERNAUT LOOKING TO IMPROVE.....

    YOU WANT RESULTS LIKE THE PRO'S!!!!!, WELL, HERE ARE SOME TRAINING
    TIPS ON STIMULATING MUSCLE GROWTH;
    ***When weight training( whether your using heavy or light) try not to
    let the muscles relax during the set (always flexing as hard as
    possible during every inch of every rep) with 50-60% of the maximum
    performed to failure, example; refer to(pause and squeeze exercise
    video on
    legs) . HGH, and IGF-1 levels will be enhanced!
    The constant tension exercises can build size and strength despite
    using relatively light weights and when if muscle damage is fairly low.
    However, if the muscle is allowed to relax during the set, oxygen and
    blood will flow into the muscle and you won't reach optimal benefits.

    *A few simple rules to remember to stimulate muscle growth are;

    1. Heavy lifting (4-6 reps), which promotes a high rate of mechanical
    damage/protein degradation.

    2. Relatively high reps (up to 12-15 for the upper body and 15-20 for
    the lower body), which promote a high mechanical degradation due to the
    combination of moderate time under tension and intra muscular tension
    magnitude.

    3. Constant tension sets. To do these properly, you must flex the
    target muscle hard during every inch of every rep. You can never allow
    the muscle to relax. This means no rest between reps either. This
    method is best kept for isolation exercises.

    Take advantage of all three methods by designing your program, train
    smart, train safe,

    Infinite Mass

    The Hard Gainers Protein Formula

    Designed to Support:

    Enhanced Muscularity and Density

    Massive Gains in Size & Strength

    Enhanced with Glutamine and BCAAs

    What is Infinite Mass?

    Are you ready to trigger massive gains in size and strength? In each serving to help increase your caloric intake more efficiently Infinite Mass gives you the proper amount of carb/protein/fat ratio. Formulated with a precise blend of 50 grams of high quality whey protein, 74 grams of complex carbohydrates (mostly from waxy maize), Glutamine, BCAAs, and essential nutrients, Infinite Mass may activate anabolic action via increased protein synthesis and nitrogen retention, elevated GH and IGF-1 secretion, accelerated glycogen synthesis and improved cell volumization.

    The extras; Beyond the Basics...

    -610 calories per serving in water; 850-plus calories when mixed with low fat milk.

    -50 grams of high quality whey protein per serving.

    -74-plus grams of carbohydrates, including waxy maize, to support fueling of hardcore workouts and aid in the replenishment of glycogen stores.

    - No excess sugar.

    - 5 grams of added Glutamine to prevent muscle deterioration.

    - 5 grams of added BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) for muscle enhancing, endurance building and muscle growth.

    - MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) to increase caloric content while allowing you to pack on the weight without the added fat storage.

    Start Building Muscle Fast with Infinite Mass

    Need to pack on more muscle? For many who are striving to be bigger, have faster metabolisms, weaker appetites and busy lifestyles make consuming enough calories through food alone a big challenge.

    While trying to gain mass not following through with the proper nutrition is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. An understanding of what training does to the body is critical. During exercise whether you are bodybuilding, power-lifting, or strength training, muscle tissue breaks down. In order for your muscles to recover, repair, and grow, your body needs carbohydrates, protein, fat and essential nutrients.

    The body needs fat to survive and thrive. Fats play an essential role in hormone production, which in turn is responsible for growth and strength increases. From the added medium chain triglycerides in Infinite Mass Hard Gainers will benefit. In their quest to developing a strong, solid, muscular physique without any fat storage Infinite Mass increases caloric content.

    Carbohydrates supply the body with the energy it needs to function and helps your muscles absorb protein more efficiently. They are the main source of blood glucose which is the major fuel source for all the bodys cells and the only source for the brain and red blood cells. Glucose can be obtained and stored easily in the body; but when your body is depleted of carbohydrates, glucose will be made from protein. Simply put, if youre not eating enough carbohydrates your body will start to break down precious muscle tissue for glucose. Each serving of Infinite Mass has over 74 grams of complex carbohydrates (including waxy maize) for accelerated glycogen synthesis; giving you larger, fuller and rounder muscles.

    Proteinis not only a vital building component for muscle tissue, but it also plays a major role in your daily performance. By being a direct precursor to building muscle and essential amino acids, the content from whey protein will help your muscles grow and recover quicker. Whey Protein is also responsible for synthesizing anabolic hormones such as insulin, growth hormone and IGF-1; which influence muscle growth, recovery, strength and absorption of nutrients into the muscle. Infinite Mass gives you 50 grams of high quality whey protein. This is why to help boost anabolism and prevent muscle breakdown immediately following a workout you want to load your muscles with Infinite Mass.

    PROTEIN= 400 to 450

    FOR MY WINTER BULK TRAINING; I like to describe my training style as a
    cross between powerlifting and bodybuilding. My main goal is training
    for lean muscle size, but I love going into the gym and pounding out
    low reps( no less then 4 reps then drop set a few** NEGATIVES** to
    failure ) with some heavy weights for some strength ! with the idea of
    shaping it while building it,..... THICKNESS IS MY GOAL FOR NOW....

    Start Building Muscle Fast with Infinite Mass™

From the added medium chain triglycerides in Infinite Mass™ Hard Gainers will benefit. In their quest to developing a strong, solid, muscular physique without any fat storage Infinite Mass™ increases caloric content.

    Carbohydrates supply the body with the energy it needs to function and helps your muscles absorb protein more efficiently. They are the main source of blood glucose which is the major fuel source for all the body’s cells and the only source for the brain and red blood cells. Glucose can be obtained and stored easily in the body; but when your body is depleted of carbohydrates, glucose will be made from protein. Simply put, if you’re not eating enough carbohydrates your body will start to break down precious muscle tissue for glucose. Each serving of Infinite Mass™ has over 74 grams of complex carbohydrates (including waxy maize) for accelerated glycogen synthesis; giving you larger, fuller and rounder muscles.

Infinite Mass™ gives you 50 grams of high quality whey protein. This is why to help boost anabolism and prevent muscle breakdown immediately following a workout you want to load your muscles with Infinite Mass™.
