Thanks for this advice I will have to check and make sure that my biceps are touching. I always feel my elbows are too far out. I can get up to 10 unassisted on the dip machine, but can go forever on bench dips. I am sure it is the difference in the distribution of body weight.

Dang, Charlie. 52 years young with that rippin body? I'll drive 3 hours to train with you one day. You'd probably destroy me though. Keep reppin Arizona, Juggernaut brother! And I had to laugh at your comment of not turning on the camera. One of my buddies lied and told me that he didn't take the video today. I barely made it through below.

Thx bro and you would be welcome at my home. The first one was only 6 weighted, after I rested 90 x body weight of 164 x 8 then imediately after knocked out 25 body weight. The Vid is uploading on U tube now. Its at 15% with 28 minutes left, I'll post it as soon as I can.
Great job on them body weight Dips, you should get a belt and add some weight bro your putting alot of strain on the joints. Great burn sets though

BAHAHA I found it. Looks like im tardy to the party!! Ya'll know I love dips and anything weighted.. this inspires me to make better videos with 3 plates..After my shoulder recovers.
If you want to make a bigger chest you need to lean forwards during the dips and put the stress on your chest
If you want bigger TRIS your upper body needs to stay close to perpendicular to the floor and elbows to the sides...ZACH is the name N' I'm runnin this game

Thx John, Dips are one of my Favorite compound eercises for Tri Development. I used to put the emphasis on Chest but never seen god results hether I hit HR or Heavy I've always got the best pectoral Development from Pushups and low angle Incline Presses.

Taking vids is a great way to see your form. I had no idea how much I leaned forward for example. I naturally put a lot of emphasis to my lower pec area. Good thing, too... because I feel as though I've overdeveloped my tri's.

Alright Brandon I have something to contribute to your thread. Looking at the video now I appear to be rocking too much. I was trying to focus more on my chest as oppose to my triceps. Anyhow...here it is.

Looks pretty good CS. You are rocking a bit like you said. Keep your chest up and shoulders back. Look up slightly. Not in front, not at the floor but at something slightly in front of you. Your shoulders will thank you. Depth is good. Shoulders are breaking plane with the elbow. Legs are good bent knees, legs crossed. Nice lockouts!!! You're the man CS!! Great video!

Ha! John I wish that were the case. I've only been at this for just over 5 months (check out my bodyspace pics). Been working strictly on building mass. My strength will be what I work on next.
