Alright so plannig to incr cals over the next few weeks to bulk and m having trouble figuring out wat to use as activity modifier? I do bout forty min of liss cardio a day then lift five daysa week but m prettysedentary on weekends. Job isnt physically demanding but has me standing around (work only sat) and classes week days from 9-3. Should i use 1.4 as a modifier for figuring out bulking calories then add 10%?
