Eh personally when I had one, even when I seasoned my steak or chicken on it, most of the seasoning would just slide off along with the fat. I've since returned it and just stuck to a real grill. I'm sorry this wasent a helpful post, other than just pick some sort of seasoning or rub, and lay it on heavy!
Doing it for real this time. No excuses.

Buy a bottle of marinade, buy 4 lbs of chicken, pour marinade in large ziploc bag with chicken (in multiple bags if you want), and throw chicken on foreman over time as you eat the chicken. For me, 4 lbs lasts about 2-4 days (depending upon what else I eat).
Depending upon the thickness of the meat, the time of cooking will vary.
Honestly, asking for recipes for something like chicken will get you ridiculed because there are plenty of recipe website out there. This isn't rocket surgery...Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
