The look on your ex gf's face after cutting season... priceless
There are a lot of things money CAN buy, for everything else there's bodybuilding.

Exactly.
We're slowly destroying ourselves. Look at all the big increases in people trying to use fertility drugs and medical techniques to conceive a baby. All the chemicals are interfering with the development of male gonads and sexual fertility.
Men are being feminized. Look at the females 'ideal' man from like 30 or 40 years ago - big rugged dudes, strong masculine features.
Now look at what the ideal is - skinny pretty-boy faced men with feminized features.

SUM UP THREAD:
takes ZMA and multi vitamin
OP still a *******
as for all people saying in the past women preferred rugged men
a. women still like rugged looking men
b. there wasn't that much of a difference in men 30-40 years ago except they had more power - maybe this is the problem
c. I didn't realise you were alive 30-40 years to conduct an empirical study on metrosexual preferences of women

also getting lean improves your test/estro balance. stay low bodyfat.
i hope the plastics thing is overblown. unless plastic is heated with water in it to near melting point I dont see how it significantly releases enough estrogen to do damage. but I agree all this processed food bullsh*t and hormonally fuked up animals living in 1'x1' cubes living in their own sh*t chained to a pole and injected with hormones is fuking our world up.
government clearly doesnt give a fukc about its people its all about money and efficiently feeding people (ie: $$$$$). get as far away from the mass production chain as possible. problem with water is we're incredibly reliant on the government now, people would sh*t bricks if their water was cut off and they had to move to the woods to aquire their own.
i hope the plastics thing is a bit overblown because I drink tons of water throuhg plastic. I honestly dont see cycling as that bad and plan on doing it soon, just very responsibly, maybe one good bike ride a year, well researched from low bodyfat.
and yeah, get dem dere zinc, iron, magnesium, vitamin A&D, etc.

Been taking these vits and minerals for over a year now, pretty high dosages but havent had any problems...yet.
Vitamin C 2000mg
Vitamin D 10,000 i.u
Vitamin B-100 Complex
Vitamin E 1000 i.u
Cod Liver Oil 1000mg
Zinc 25mg
Calcium & Magnesium 500mg
If you are taking Zinc make sure is Zinc Picolinate, apparently your body absorbes it better than Zinc Gluconate.Last edited by SELCOUTH; 08-28-2011 at 05:26 PM.

also lets take their advice for a second
- stay low bodyfat
- eat 1g/protein per lb of bodyweight
- by their definition eat 2g carbs per lb/bodyweight to maintain 2:1 balance
- eat high fat (sketchy definition)
take a lean 180lb 5'10 male. he eats 180g protein or 720 cals from protein. Then he eats 360g carbs or 1440 cals from carbs. Thats 2160 now you also need to eat "high fat" but depending on your maintenance you might not have much to play with. So I think its always a good idea to do some sprints/cardio to burn off some fat even on "maintenance". I think thats all a good balance of calories, eat about 3000-3200 but burn a bit off each week. Plus it will be good for your heart, good for bloodflow, should help erection strength. I think all alpha male warriors from the past always ate over maintenance and did cardio.
I wonder if studies have been done on hormones for 2 types of groups. 1 eating over maintenance then doing cardio to bring them back down to maintenance for the week. The other simply eating maintenance and doing no cardio. I'd think the group doing cardio is better off.
