BPA is not going to effect fully grown men. Governments are actually aware of this chemical and have cautioned against over-exposure to infants and children.

Dunno if its been mentioned yet, but birth control pills are another problem. They will raise estrogen in women significantly. Then the women piss them out into the water supply. Sewage treatment plants don't filter out estrogen because it costs too much. Thus. There is estrogen in our tap water adding to this problem.

-Little girls at the age of 5 are growing breasts.
-Male T levels are much lower than they were 50 years ago.
-Sexual organs of fish near sewage treatment plants are changing, dead fking srs.
-We put soy in almost everything. Go look at your bread or anything in a box and you'll see soy in 95% of it.
-Obesity is also causing our hormones to get wacked. But its not just fat people. Look at how girly a lot of males look nowadays. Its all phucked.
-Pharmaceutical meds are also in our water supply.
    -Hormones put in meat/dairy, etc.

Another good option is to start distilling your own water or doing some hardcore filtering. Those cheap brits filters and what not don't do sh*t. Something like a reverse osmosis would be better.

The two best AI's to get are Aromasin or Arimidex. You should low dose those so you don't get unwanted side effects like joint pain or lethargy. Remember, your body needs some estrogen.

12.5mg Aromasin 2x a week or 0.25mg Arimidex 2x a week should be plenty and will help regulate estrogen levels while increasing overall testosterone.
I agreed with you blindly until you said estrogen makes guys look girly. You would have to be on estrogen hormone therapy like tranny therapy they go through for years to look feminine through estrogen. it takes years of heavy estrogen dosage to develop feminine traits such as hips, and woman shape, tits etc. wearing make up, dressing a certain way or caring about how look has nothing to do with estrogen.

you got credible sources for your claims of tits at age 5 etc lol?

This. Op says filtration can't even extract estrogen from the tap water so is the estrogen in tap water less harmful than plastic bottles?

Long read, but this article has a lot to do with environmental estrogenic compounds and their effects on males. You can download the full article in pdf.

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1469672/

Edit: Some of the most important stuff is that not only do many of these compounds have a de-masculinizing effect, they also have a feminizing effect. In some animals, using the two together on unborn animals has had a sex-reversing effect, turning would-be males into females.

These results are taken on a historical basis and DO SHOW decreasing test in human men in many countries over the last several decades.

Yea, and that's far too expensive for municipalities.

Also, male androgens have been found in sewage water; if there's a chance for estrogen, there's a chance to get testosterone in your tap water. The problem is that the majority of AAS used is injectable, thus no bio-availability through ingestion.

If only everyone used anadrol and flushed them....LOL

Same here for a 19 year old. What do you recommend for magnesium and calcium? My orange triad already gives 25% and I drink A LOT of milk and eat cheese. Also vitamin d3, do we only need 100% DV? looking at the NOW Vitamin D-3 for the D3. Not sure on the magnesium or dosage of d3 though. Reps!

I take 30mg of Zinc, 800mg of Magnesium, 1g Calcium, and 5,000ius of Vitamin D.

I use the glycinate form of Zinc and the citrate forms of Magnesium and Calcium. You should take the Zinc and Calcium apart, too, as they interfere with absorption.

I'm just gonna become amish and live of the land, never touching a consumer product again.
It is precisely our huge populations that have led to the current state of affairs. Consider this a self-correction. Those who are aware will be able to eat healthily and reproduce, those who aren't will be the end of their genetic lines, maybe there is a chance that the world will heal itself and we will return to a sustainable population.

since these amounts are usually multiple pills, other than calcium and zinc can i just take all the doses at the same time? Also is Nature Made V-D (http://www.naturemade.com/Products/Segments/Vitamin-D) okay? Is Vit D necessary if you spend a lot of time in the sun?

also, on a side note, i have flaxseed oil capsules at home, what doses are these good to take at?

    thanks

As long as you take the Calcium and Zinc apart that should be fine. Any Vitamin D is good as long as its D-3 and not the other form.

There is no cut and dry solution to the water issue. I have yet to see a filter strong enough to remove estrogen, we just have to do the best we can.
