hows that look, the compounds will be done very heavy, then some semi-heavy 6-8 reps on the accessory exercises.

split looks fine to me...I personally like to hit muscle groups twice a week, but this actually looks like a pretty good split to keep body parts from becoming tired or overtrained. Let me know how it works for you.....what do your sets/reps look like?

thanks bro, on arm days im going to do close grip bench and neutral grip pull ups, so i kinda hit chest and back twice a week but its light.
my workout looks like, for example chest day
warm up to a heavy triple and do that for 3-4 sets, then accessory lifts like db bench and 4-5 other sets such as incline db press peck flys ect. i keep the reps low 3 sets of 6-8bench 280
deadlift 485
