    Exclamation Hows this 5 Day split??

    mon- chest
    tues- back
    weds- off
    thurs- shoulders/abs
    fri- legs
    sat- bies tries
    sun- off

    hows that look, the compounds will be done very heavy, then some semi-heavy 6-8 reps on the accessory exercises.

    hows it look?

    split looks fine to me...I personally like to hit muscle groups twice a week, but this actually looks like a pretty good split to keep body parts from becoming tired or overtrained. Let me know how it works for you.....what do your sets/reps look like?

    It looks fine. I like to do back with legs and go for a 4 day split, but like the above poster said your split is just fine. Personal preference I guess I just like to do shoulders alone so I pair chest and abs. Not like it is a huge deal tho

    thanks bro, on arm days im going to do close grip bench and neutral grip pull ups, so i kinda hit chest and back twice a week but its light.

    my workout looks like, for example chest day

    warm up to a heavy triple and do that for 3-4 sets, then accessory lifts like db bench and 4-5 other sets such as incline db press peck flys ect. i keep the reps low 3 sets of 6-8

    haha ya it is, hit it in a PL meet a month ago, i just go real havy on bech every chest day, like yesterday i did 250x5, 250x4 then 225x8...none of that light ****!! lol
