    Is milk, cheese and ham good for bulking?

    Often, I hear people talk about eating lots of fish, beef, chicken, turkey and eggs.

    While this is good, it's not every-day food for me.

    Though I try to eat as much cheese and ham as possible, and drink a lot of milk, while getting the above from time to time. Is it good?

    ham is processed, and contain high sodium, not good if you eat too much of it

    when i eliminated them from my diet my health improved drastically, so no i do not eat dairy or meats. I DO eat eggs tho

    Dunno about ham, but pretty much all my protein comes from milk and cheese and the odd bit of chicken. Then there's the GOMAD diet where you drink a gallon of milk a day on a bulk, and thats worked out well enough for some people. So yeah, knock yourself out.
