Kortes 3 X 3 Workout
Anyone ever use it ?? Need opinions Bros...
Im comin off a torn pec and just want some input..

I did it and surpassed the goals that the program laid out by 20-30 pounds on the dead lift and squat, and 5-10 pounds on the bench. So I liked it!
Only complaint I had was when I moved into phase two the drop off in volume was so extreme I felt like I wasn't working at all. I would finish entire workouts without breaking a sweat and thinking I just did nothing.
I bailed out after week 6 and just went for my new max lifts.

Wow!,just read about it and liked what I read,definetly have to give this a shot{u c,i'm always complaining to myself that I don't want to do all these lifts today,so this would be good for me in a lot of ways}.I'm just gonna workout my neck alone with it to,and do some plyo's on the weekend{Saturday}.

I just started powerlifting about 2 months ago.
I had always lifted weights, but never did deadlift
I was put on a basic 3x3 system for DEADS---> max intensity
My first EVER max was 445 lbs
2 months later, since my last dead workout I did 475x2 so it did help
Ive since applied 3x3 system to arms shoulders and other bodyparts, My strength is skyrocketing. Im getting solid
I would definatly try it if I were you.
My DB shoulder press is at the 110 DBs X 4 reps

I tried this too but didn't see great results....I got better results from doing dynamic and max effort stuff.
That's just me though...

how did you apply the 3x3 system to your arms shoulders and other body parts?

for curls Ill do 3sets of 3 reps max intensity for 2 different exercises--> Db curls and BB preachers
For shoulders, ill do seated presses 3x3 and side raises 3x3
for back= rows and pulldowns and db rows all 3x3
