I'm not a big fan of these crash diet's, like PSMF, but I am a firm believer in "don't knock it before you try it" and that's all I've been doing, so I'm going to do this for 7 days, from this Saturday, to next Saturday, 7 day's, if I do the math right, I'll be in a roughly 1800-2000 calorie deficit, so I'm looking at around 3lb fat loss + water weight.
Starting morning weight today: 178.5lbs
I will be using EC stack for the 7 day's to help with hunger and energy in the gym, will only be doing 2 doses a day, Alright here we go... -.-"

Day 1. Was pretty good, I've basically said screw all real food, bought a 4lb tub of Casein, and my multi and fish oils, and I'm just going to survive the next 10 day's off Protein Fluff, and experiment with flavors.
7 Scoop's a day, make's a crap load of food, and gives me 170g of protein for 840 calories, My end of the day calorie's is around 900 because of the fish oils.
Before anybody say's anything about whole foods, Protein fluff is extremely high volume food, and has all the amino acid's that I need, it's a complete protein just as good as anything else.
Morning weight :177lbs a loss of 1.5lbs, assuming most of it is water weight, however I was on a low carb diet before this -85g of carb's a day, so probably not much water weight to lose, Expecting true weight loss to start tomorrow."The reason why we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else's highlight reel."
