    30 Day Cut

Starting a 30 day cut. I'm starting off at around 207-208 at 15-16% BF (calipers). My goal is to drop 10lbs and finish at 12% Bf. My diet is going to be (hopefully) a vegetarian (with the exception of fish), gluten-free diet. My workout routine is going to consist of mainly high intensity interval training and muscle failure weight training.

    Day 1
    Meal 1
    Cup of green tea
    Smoothie (1/2 mango, 1 banana, 1apple, 1carrot)
    Creatine (in water)

    Meal 2
    8oz salmon with romaine lettuce
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    SAlt & pepper

    Meal 3
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    Celery with hummus
    1/2 cup raw almonds

    Meal 4
    8 oz tuna with romaine
4 low fat mozzerella cheese sticks

Have not worked out yet today, will see if I can make it to the gym after work.

    What's your question?

Are you only eating those 2 meals on a daily basis? Are you choosing a vegetarian diet by preference?

I dont have a question this is just a log of my cut. Really just to motivate me and hopefully anyone else who cares to look. Any comments/questions are more than welcomed.

No I'm sorry I guess ill just start posting at the end of the day from now on I did have 2 more meals + a banana somewhere along yesterday.

And yes. I want to eventually stop eating animal products altogether (with the exception of seafood). I've been hearing a lot of adverse health effects from eating animal products including heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses.

Havent posted in a while just been busy lately. But for an update...
    Week 1 -
    203.4 pounds
Body fat is about the same
Ive been trying to do this whole vegetarian diet but I think im losing a good amount of muscle too. So im scrapping it and going back to good old meat diet. Im, still watching my bread intake. Although I cheat sometimes and get a subways. So far so good, but I just want to get more protein in my diet.
I also been doing 2 a days 4 times this week (trying to split up my weight lifting and cardio)

    Week 2 -
    202.4 pounds
A little dissapointed because a 1lb loss but Been getting a lot more protein in me to try and stop muscle loss. Made it to the gym 4 times again this week still trying to do cardio first thing when I wake up. I felt better about this week than last. Will measure bf again but I doubt theres any real difference.

I really doubt I am going to reach my goal of 12% bf by the end of this 30 cut. Seems a little unrealistic at this point But ima stick with it and see what happens.
