Can anyone suggest a good energy and focus supplement that is ncaa legal. I use to take gakic before games in high school but it is banned by the ncaa. So anyone know anything like gakic or energy to take before games?

I know that MusclePharm's products Assault and Recon are NSF approved although I'm sure there are also many others that would be allowed by the NCAA. Be careful who you ask though because WADA testing and the NCAA have different regulating bodies that determine what is and isnt' legal.

You should give Body Rush a try, it will give you that extra edge you're looking for. Gives awesome energy and stamina and has a focus blend in there as well.
