(pic is not me, just a random front relaxed pic to demonstrate)
at your waist (narrowest point of midsection, above obliques, not like where you wear your pants), your body tapers in like >===waist===<
pretend the >'s are those indents
well the one on my right is significantly bigger than the one on my left....basically its noticeable from front view but from a slightly angled view its even more apparent...and my whole body looks kinda off balance/not symmetrical...i dont have scoliosis or anything, just anterior pelvic tilt which im working to correct.......im guessing this is due to a muscular imbalance/weakness?*
my right hip flexor is tighter than my left, and my left IT band is wayyy tighter than my right if any of this helps diagnose the problem?
ok no pics but mine looks just like the pic i posted in the original post.....see how on his right side (his, not yours) there is a larger "indent" above his obliques than on his left side?
look at his whole torso, it doesnt look straight upright ,it looks kind of "twisted" imbalanced on the left and right sides
bump....to clarify it also appears that my torso is ever so slightly "twisted," so that when i stand up straight and look forward my torso is "facing" towards my left a little rather than directly ahead.
anyone have any ideas? would be much appreciated ,thanks
