When my Flat Bench was 185 i did 175 on incline. Right now its 215 on flat but im not to sure how much i can do on incline now. I think mine is unproportional cause of my delts. Dont u use ur delts more on incline? My overhead press is retarded to compared to my bench.

Yeah it's a little corky but I've never been a strength trainer, I train purely for hypertrophy. My chest is my hardest muscle to work on so it lags behind everything else even though I work it hard like a mother. I have seen an ortho dr due to shoulder pain but I was cleared thankfully and since I've been careful with my benches.
Should also note I'm a stickler for form, if I didn't bench it correctly it doesn't matter how much weight was there.
Routine Monday: Peckdeck x 3, Smith Press x3, Decline Press x3, Dips x3.
Friday: Incline DB x3, Flat DB x4, Incline Fly x3, Cable Crossover x4
Its thorough and its my pecks in every area, my pecks are developing well, just not a heavy weight guy, I guess.

How big are ur pecs?
Um i would typically do Flat Bench, Incline and Incline fly on the same day at least.
Check out my pics...especially from my comp. I train for size to...and i can see all the fibers in my bad boys and the cuts are insanse.. By next year ill prbly be 160+ with a 46 inch chest.
Then again genetically the men in my chest have unhumanly big chests lolInquiries: delapenhafitness@gmail.com

You won't always be able to stay so cut and continue to gain weight, I'm not worried about cut because I can always shave the fat off later. And I do flat bench incline and incline fly together, with cable flys. I don't use barbell bench except the smith- I have to spot myself. My chest is big, it's larger than yours by a bit, but my body fat is quite a bit higher and I have a few years on you, proportion wise you will be much larger than me when you are my age/weight. Everyone is different, my arms, shoulders, and back are huge without much work, so to work for an average (average BB chest, that is ^_^) I think its a fair tradeoff.

The long arms do really make quite a difference, you have a lot more ROM to cover, but in the long run aesthetically it will turn out better for you. Just keep your elbows close to your body and the weight under your nipple and it'll work well. Try to minimize shoulder activation by tucking your shoulder blade back, it increases the ROM of your chest while decreasing the ROM of your arm and shoulder simultaneously, giving your chest the workout it needs. (and sparing you nasty RC injury)
Yeah keep at it dude, whatever you've been doing it's working, I haven't seen many guys your age so jacked, it's impressive!

I haven't done flat BB bench in months. Going to do it for the first time again next week. My incline is supposed to be at about 3x8 176lbs. However last workout I was a bit sick and also used the ****ty rack which has the bars too far in front and so I only got like 8,6,5 (feelsbadman).
How much grass could an ass to grass squater squat if an ass to grass squater could squat grass?
