    Should I start my loading phase today?

    Hello there guys, i just received my 4.4 lbs Micronized Creatine Powder, and I would like to know if I should start the loading phase today or just wait till tomorrow; it currently is 4:06 PM (Pacific time)... so yeah, what should I do?

    you dont need to load.. just take 3-5g of it daily with lots of water..

    don't do a loading phase. 3-5 grams a day will do
