SQUAT FORM CHECK (Video) - 255 lbs

I've been confident with my squat but I'm open for suggestion, not sure if my back is rounding too much, etc... let me know what you think.

Yes I know my calves are skinny.

Your hip drive kind of sucked on your lighter sets, but looked much better on your last one. The one thing that I think scares me is the angle of your feet/legs. You have a pretty wide stance, but your feet are pointed almost straight forward. Imagine standing with your legs wide and someone coming up and stomping on the side of your knee. That is the load that you are putting on your knee when you squat like that. Work on turning your toes out and opening up your legs so that your knees track out over your toes. This will allow your muscles/bones to carry the load more directly without putting a side load on your knee. You may need to drop the weight a little until your hip flexors can adapt at first, but it won't take long.

Thought it looked pretty good imo. Might be just me but you lock your knees out pretty hard.

Your heels are slightly coming off the floor your losing stability and some glute involvement. And you need to work on your hip drive, you should be exploding out of the bottom, it looks like your easing your way out.
