I've been reading up loads on when is best to take it and there are so many different ideas. I've been on Kigtropin since Friday, having 4 IU before bed each day with one day off which is what I was recommended by my PT. No doubt this has been discussed many times but has anyone used Kigtropin and when do you use it.I'm just want to get the full benefits from it.Thanks guys.

Well it was a legitimate question.I had read that there were various opinions on when to take it and in split doses.I was just curious what people did on here if they do it.
I had no intention of pissing anyone off and I guess we will just leave it at that.

agreed, if you are to lazy to put the time and effort into gaining serious amounts of muscle, that you need to take hgh then you might as well not even start lifting because u arent goin to take hgh and wake up with huge muscles. You have to put just as much time and effort into lifting when u take hgh as when you take natuarl supps. My advice to you is, leave this forum because if your taking hgh then you are just straight up too lazy to put in the time and effort that most of us have put in to get the size that we want.
