3 packets of oats (27g carbs n 6g protein X 3)
2 bananas, chopped (Idk)
1 scoop of whey (34g protein)
and a little bit of sugar to make it enjoyable
Mix all, and BAM, breakfast of a guy whose ready to lift every dumbbell in the gym
EDIT: mix this with water, not milk...because of the fact that milk slows digestion.
