Need new exercise in place of Dumbbell pullover

My current pull days conssit of the following:
    Deadlifts
    Lat pull down
    Straight arm dumbbell pullover
    One arm rows
    T bar rows
    middle back shrugs
    dumbbell shrugs

I cannot feel anything when i do pullovers. I need to replace it with another exercise. Can any one recommend another exercise to replace pullovers in my routine. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried any other pullover variations? You can use a bar or ez bar, 1 db in each hand, 1 db in both hands, a cable attached to a rope or ez bar. I feel pullovers more on a decline if I'm lying on the bench or when I lie ACROSS a flat bench. You could also try a variation of stiff arm pulldowns but make sure the bar goes over your head at the top and you get a major stretch (that's the point of doing pullovers -- the stretch moreso than the contraction)

I have tried with the barbell, cable, incline, and decline, as well as with dumbbells. Nothing sems to be working. The stretch I feel is very little. And i have gone up to as much weight as i can safely do.

Do you lie on the bench or across it? Have you tried both variations? Lift your sternum high, drop your shoulders. If none of these work, it's very possible it's just an optimal move for you. Sometimes that's just how it is...

I lie on the bench. I tried across the bench but was very very uncomfortable to me and my form suffered. When i lie on the bench i can focus more on the movement than I can if I lie across it.

Any shoulder/rotator or back issues (esp upper back)? You don't need a lot of weight. A slow controlled negative with moderate weight should be plenty.

Unfortunately I work out in the post gym, there is no machine available for this exercise.
